Through a series of surveys, interviews and workshops, we go through business goals, project goals, user types, audience and/or brand values, and we align our vision to set the foundation the project.

During this iterative and collaborative phase, we define how we will bring the solution to the world: how does it work? what does it look like? We explore ideas and initial concepts towards a final, polished design.

 

.3 Nurture

Once the design is alive, we set a plan to monitor and review the performance over time, enabling us to adjust and optimize.
